In Koho, an accepted offer is turned into a contract. In this article, we will go through how it happens. Start by opening the desired offer into a preview window and then click on the "Accept" button.

Koho opens a new window where the offer will be turned into a contract.

On the "Products" section, you can select which products are transferred to the contract. On the "Invoicing" section you can check whether the invoicing information is correct and make changes if necessary.

On the "Verification" section you can define whether the offer has been verified by the customer. From the "Level" menu, you can choose how the offer was verified - verbally, by email or by signature. You can also choose "Unconfirmed" if the customer has not yet verified the offer. To the "Comment" field you can give a description of the verification if necessary. From the "+File" button you can add a file.

Click on the "Create contract" button to create the contract.

If the contract was not verified in the previous section, it has to be done before you can activate the contract. On the contract preview window, click on the "Verification" button.

As you verify the contract, you can again check if the customer and invoicing information are correct. On the "Verification" tab you can choose the level of verification and add a comment and a file, if necessary.

The contract must still be activated before you can start contract invoicing. Read more about activating a contract from this article: 5.2.2 Activating the invoicing of a contract and the invoicing terms tab
