1. "Requirements" -tab

Admin users can view all upcoming requirements on the "Requirements" tab in the "Projects" section. You can filter the requirements by customer, category, requirement, employee or team. The requirements calendar shows how many requirements you have per day. If you click on a day, you can see a list of the requirements for that day. If you click on a customer's name in the listing, you can see a list of the requirements, their due dates and hour estimates. You can also mark the requirement as completed by clicking the "Mark completed" link. If you click on the assignment's name, you can see a list of products that are attached to it. And if you click the edit sign next to the name, you can see a list of all requirements and edit them. This view is explained more in detail in this article: 2.2.7 Using assignments



In the product listing you can edit the product's name, amount, price, cost and invoice description. You can also delete products by clicking the "Delete" button. By clicking the edit sign next to the "Delete" button you can make additional changes to the product. If you made some changes, remember to save!

2. "Assignments" - tab


On the "Assignments" tab is a list of all assignments that have been created from your assignment templates. You can filter them by timespan, categories and status (confirmed or unfinished). You can also look for a a specific assignment by using the search bar.


The list shows the customer's name, assignment's name, responsible persons, due date, sessions that have been tracked to the assignment, completed and uncompleted requirements and whether the sessions have exceeded the budgeted time. If you hover your cursor above the requirements column, you can see a list of the requirements. For admin users it is also possible to confirm assignments by clicking the green "Confirm" button.



If you click on an assignment, it opens a preview window where you can edit the assignment's requirements. This view is covered more in detail in section 4 of this article: 2.2.7 Using assignments


 

3. Assignment templates and editing existing assignment templates

On the "Assignment templates" tab of the "Projects" section, you can see model assignment templates that you can use as a basis to create your own templates. The models need to be activated by our customer service, so if you feel like they could be useful for your company, contact our customer service at asiakaspalvelu@kohosales.com.



Under the model templates you can see all assignment templates. Click on a category's name to see all assignment templates within that category. You can edit them by clicking an assignment template's name and then on the preview window, click the "Edit" button.



Now you can edit the assignment template. Read more about the settings from this article: 3.5.1 Creating a new assignment template. After you have edited the template, click "Save".
