You can create quick sales on the "Invoices" section on the "+ Sale" page.

Creating a quick sale

When creating a new quick sales, you can define the following things:

  • Name: you can give the quick sale a name.
  • Internal description: this description is not shown on customer's invoice, but is visible e.g. for the biller.
  • Customer: customer to whom the quick sale and invoice is created.
  • Seller: seller of the quick sale, that affects e.g. reporting. As a default seller is the user who is creating the quick sale.
  • Contract: the quick sale can be allocated to a contract and/or added to a certain invoice term of the contract.
  • Invoice term: the quick sale can be targeted to a certain invoice term. The quick sale is then added to the invoice of that term.

After you have defined basic information for the quick sale, you can select the products associated with that sale. Click the "+ Select products" button to start adding products. "Select products and services" window is opened where you can see all non-recurring products in your product register. You can scroll the list to find the desired products or use the search bar to find them. A product is selected by clicking the "+" sign next to its name. You can also add product bundles to the invoice by clicking the "Open / Close" link. After you have selected all the desired products, click the "Add selected products" button.

After you have added the products, you can still edit information regarding the amount, price and cost of the product and give an invoice description. You can delete a product from the "Delete" button. Clicking the symbol next to the "Delete" button opens additional settings for the product where you can define an accounting target and add attachments to the product.

Finally click "Save" button to save the quick sale.

After you have created the quick sale, they must be confirmed and invoiced which is covered in more detail in this article: 4.2.2 Sales - Confirming and invoicing sales.
