It is also possible to use Timesheet and Timecard at the same time. This can be the case if a Timesheet user must track hours for a task where the length of the session is not known in advance. With Timecard it is easier to track hours for such sessions. 

 

On the Timesheet, user the search bar to find the right customer and task. Click on the task to start the session.



After you have finished the task, click on the "Stop" button to finish the session.




After the active session has been finished, it is visible both at the "Unconfirmed" page and on Timesheet after refreshing the page. On the Timesheet you can see a small "+" icon next to cells that have sessions which have been added with the Timecard. Below the date, you can see a sum of all sessions for that day. If you click on the number, you can see a list of all sessions for that day.



If you want to edit a particular session on the list, click on the session.


Make the necessary changes and click "Save".

 


You can accept sessions made with the Timecard either on the "Unconfirmed" page or on the Timesheet.
