You can easily attach and remove customers from assignment templates using the customer matrix. You can find it in the "Projects" section and choose "Customer matrix" tab.


You can filter the matrix by customers, work order categories and customer and project responsibles. The number on the first row, after the work order's name, tells how many customers have been attached to the template. If you want to see only work orders that are already attached to customers, choose the "Bundle customer specific" selection. Note that customers without a project are not shown in the matrix. 



If you hover your cursor on a cell, you can see a window which tells you the customer and the assignment template that belong to the cell. If you click on that cell, you can attach the customer to the assignment template. If the customer has already been attached to the template, clicking the cell will remove the customer from the template. You can also attach or remove customers from entire assignment template categories by clicking the category's cell.


After you have attached a customer to an assignment template, the symbol appears as "€" if the task is billable. A yellow "✓" sign appears if the task is contractual and a green "✓" sign appears if the task is internal.


If the customer that you are trying to attach to the assignment template doesn't have the task that is set to the work order, this will prompt a new window where you can create a project with that task to the customer. After this you can attach the customer to the template.
