Adding products to Timesheet entries

 

To add products to a Timesheet entry, double click the cell or press enter when your cursor is on the cell. On the information window, click on the "Add product" button. On the "Select products and services" window you can choose which products you want to add by clicking the "+" sign next to the product. After you have selected all desired products, click on the "Add selected products" button.



Now you can see the selected products on the session. Check the product information (amount, price, cost) and add an invoice description if necessary. If you need to delete a product, you can do it by clicking the "Delete" button. To save changes, click either the "Save" button or click outside of the information window.



Adding travel expenses to Timesheet entries


To add travel expenses to a Timesheet entry, double click the cell or press enter when your cursor is on the cell. On the information window, click on the car symbol to add a travel expense. On the window you can choose whether the expense is billed by its duration or distance. You can define start and end time, duration and the length of the journey. You can also define other expenses related to the journey. After you have done the necessary changes, click on the "Save" button. To remove a travel expense, click on the "x" symbol next to the expense.

Adding attachments and sessions to Timesheet entries

 

To add attachments or sessions to a Timesheet entry, double click the cell or press enter when your cursor is on the cell. On the information window, click on the "Add an attachment" button to add an attachment. After clicking the button, you can choose the desired file from your computer.


From the "Add a session" button you can add separate sessions for the entry. Fill in the time and add an invoice description. You can use this if you need to add several sessions of the same task to the same day.  You can use "Requires attention" symbol to signal to the biller that this session has something that needs to be taken into consideration.
