Time estimates can be set for assignments on a customer-specific basis, for example when you want to monitor the workload of employees.

 

In the assignments section of the customer form, you can see all the assignments templates attached to that customer.

 

Clicking on the pencil icon takes you to the editing mode for customer-specific assignment templates, where you can delete and attach assignment templates to the customer and set time estimates for the requirements.




 

A time estimate can be set for each requirement for how long it takes to complete the requirement.

 


After setting the time estimate, in the Assignments section of the customer form, you can see the total time estimate of how long it will take to complete the assignment in question.
