You can import sales to Koho with a mass import tool if there is no need to make exact definitions for the products.


The Excel table must have the following information: customer (name or customer number), product's name and the amount of products. The table can for instance look like this:



 You can find the mass import tool from the "Invoices" section on the "+ Sale" page. Go to the "Excel (mass)" tab.



To import a file, click the "Browse..." button. Choose the desired file, and then click the "Upload" button.


After uploading the table, you can check if the information is correct and make changes if necessary. After that, select the desired sales and then click the "Save" button to create the sales. You can choose all sales from the blue "Selection" link.
