1. Editing a contract


You can edit contracts on the "Contracts" section of Koho. The contracts are divided into three tabs:


  • Pending contracts that have not been activated yet
  • Active contracts that have been activated to invoicing and have recurring invoicing
  • Expired contracts that are no longer in active invoicing (includes contracts with only non-recurring products)


Open the contract to a preview window by clicking it on the list.



On the preview window click the "Edit" button to start editing the contract. The different definitions and settings for contracts are explained in this article: 5.2.1 Creating a contract. Remember to save after editing the contract.


You can also use the search bar to find the contract you want to edit. By clicking the edit symbol next to the contract's name, you can directly edit the contract.



Note that editing a contract does not modify existing invoices. If you want to invoice the changes on the current invoice term, you can use the "Contracy alterations" tool to do that. Read more about it from this article: 5.3.2 Contracts - Contracy alterations and their invoicing


2. Terminating a contract


If you want to terminate a contract, open the contract's preview window and click the "Terminate" button.


On the new window you can choose a date when the contract will be terminated. You can also create a separate final invoice.
