If you need to merge two customers, you can use the "Merge" button on the customer card. This is sometimes needed if you have accidentally created two identical customers to the system. We recommend naming the extra customer differently, so you do not mix the two customers in the process. This will move contracts, invoices, projects, work shifts and offers from the extra customer to the other customer. 


Koho will not automatically delete the extra customer so that you can check the customer card for some vital information, such as a phone number. After you have checked the customer card, you can delete it. Note that the delete button will become visible after you have merged the customers. 




Choose the customer you want to merge to and then click merge.
