You can find archived employees from the "Users" page on the "Archived" tab. If you want to reactivate an archived user, click their name on the list.
If the deleted user still has the same e-mail address, you can fill it in the username field. Koho informs that the username already exists and you don't have to fill in the password. If the user's e-mail address has changed, you can fill in the new username to the username field. Now you also have to give a new password.
Then go to the "Settings"page and remove selection from the "Archived" field.
Finally check that the permissions are okay and then save. The user can now order a new password or log in with the old password if the username didn't change.
