You can manage users on the "Users" page in "Settings" .
When you click on a user's name, it opens their user card where you can edit the user's settings or remove their access to Koho.
Deleting a user from Koho
You can delete an existing user on the first tab of the user card. There are two options:
- "Revoke access" which removes the user's access to Koho, so they cannot log in anymore. All data on their sessions and working hours is still kept in Koho for reporting purposes.
- "Revoke access + archive employee" removes the user's access to Koho and archives the user. This means that the user is no longer visible in menus or filters, but their data is still in kept in Koho for reporting purposes. If you for example need to check something from the user's sessions, you can temporarily remove them from the archive and access their data again.
Editing user information
Open the user card by clicking it on the "Users" page. On the user card you can edit the user's contact info, settings and permissions. The settings are explained more in detail in this article: 3.6.1 Creating a new user
